Refund policy

We have a 30-day free return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

If an item isn't quite right for you, it can be returned for a store credit or an exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

In the unfortunate event that you receive a faulty item (manufacturing fault) upon receipt, we will gladly exchange the item or process a refund to your original payment method.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging. If an item is returned to us damaged, worn, or in an unsuitable condition, we won't be able to give you a refund. Examples are any kind of stains on the item, covered in pet hair etc. All items are inspected on return. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To receive a refund on eligible returns, all items must be returned to us unworn, unused, unwashed and in the same condition you received them.

To start a return, you can message us via the 'Contact Us' section of the website and include your order number, postcode, item you are returning and the reason for the return. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item to start the return process so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right as soon as possible.


Exceptions / non-returnable items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons such as drink bottles, underwear and swimwear.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
